Shipping Policy
This document sets out the shipping policy that applies to customers that make a purchase at www.shieldhealth.co.uk. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team at info@shieldhealth.co.uk.
Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We offer free shipping on all UK orders.
Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.
Delivery Address & P.O Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
International Orders
We do not ship outside of the UK.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We only accept returns on unopened items. All returns must go through the procedure outlined in this policy.
If the item is faulty or damaged, you can notify us at any time up to 14 days after your products have been delivered. Notification should be sent via email to info@shieldhealth.co.uk, stating your order number and the reason for return. Once reviewed, we will issue a pre-paid returns label which will include the return address.
Please include the following in your package:
– The items you are returning, in the original packaging.
– The original sales invoice, with the affected items and prices circled.
– Reason for your return, stated on the invoice.
In receipt of a returned order, the goods will be inspected. We will refund the order, using the original payment method, for the price of the goods within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Items returned after the 14 day returns period will require you, the buyer, to cover the cost of the return postage.
